Designed by Chicago-based architectural firm Perkins + Will, 310 West Wisconsin Avenue (or “310W”, for short) is located in the quickly redeveloping and dynamic “Westown” neighborhood of Downtown Milwaukee. 310 West Wisconsin is a big, bold, clean, crisp, and iconic office tower that offers affordability, flexibility, and a plethora of onsite and out-the-door amenities.
In late 2017, the New York City-based Time Equities Inc. purchased the property and announced plans to introduce over $30 million in building improvements including new atrium finishes, a skylight, upgraded elevators, a WiFi lounge, elevator lobby, fitness center, communal game area and much more.
