310 West Wisconsin Avenue, one of the state’s largest multi-tenant office buildings, is undergoing a transformation. Since purchasing the property in December of 2017, Time Equities Inc. (TEI) has invested over $30 million in the iconic cobalt blue glass building including upgrades and building enhancements to the first-class office and retail complex.
310W is in the midst of renovating the 14-story atrium with new finishes, public restrooms and newly remodeled modern corridors connecting tenants and visitors to the 600-car parking structure. Three skywalks connect the building to Hub640, The Avenue and our parking structure. Already complete are twelve newly renovated, hi-speed, modernized elevators including a freight elevator with a loading dock.
