Laptops, smartphones and tablets have changed the way we work. A recent survey by office furnishings giant Steelcase revealed that 71% of office workers are remote at times and even with an office, 32% of 18-34 year olds prefer working in lounge settings to traditional work environments. However, the same survey found that just 25% of professionals have these spaces available to them.
To offer this amenity to tenants and visitors, 310W is investing in a new WiFi Lounge. Located on the Mezzanine level, this space will offer a convenient place to access WiFi with reliable speed in a comfortable setting. Ideal for casual group meet-ups or working remotely, the lounge is designed with contemporary seating befitting this iconic modern building.
We expect to open the space in June 2019.
