This week, we revealed months of renovations at 310W to the city and civic leaders at a press conference, unveiling the first of many areas that will be refurbished as a result of a $30 million investment by Time Equities Inc. We were honored to have Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and Time Equities Inc. Chairman and CEO Francis Greenburger kick off a day of tours throughout the building. Stacie Callies, executive director of Westown Association and Beth Weirick, CEO of Milwaukee Downtown BID 21 shared their enthusiasm for the renewal of 310W as a critical component in the revitalization of Milwaukee west of the river. Brad Gordon, Director of Acquisitions of Time Equities, shared his excitement for transforming 310W into a Class A office and retail complex.

Raised in Milwaukee, Gordon worked for several years to find the right property for Time Equities in the city, and the iconic blue building was the perfect opportunity. Later in the evening, commercial and real estate brokers attended a reception hosted by Time Equities, TransWestern and Mid-America, complete with passed hors d’oeuvres and music by the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. Property tours included a spec suite on the 14th floor and a demo floor with various ceiling configurations on the 6th floor. A few brave brokers even dove into a giant ball pit constructed on the 6th floor.

For brokers who are interested in touring the property, please contact Marianne Burish or John Dulmes for commercial space and Matt Chappell for retail space. If you’re interested in hearing more about what the press has to say about us, please check out the links below:
