Social spaces create collaboration and offer a break from our screen-intense work lives. By providing a place beyond the office that’s designed specifically for work, we create spaces that encourage conversations that lead to sparking of ideas. With all of the renovations focusing on the tenants inside 310W, it is only logical to incorporate a place to fuel the ideas and generate the discussions; a café and coffee bar.
The café will be located on the Mezzanine level adjacent to the WiFi lounge and under the natural atrium light and live greenery. Inside it will have a meeting suite as well as a coffee bar and seating area. Time Equities has always placed a big emphasis on public art and 310W is no exception, so the seating area in the café will feature a wall mural by Claudia Chaseling, a German artist known for her large colorful canvases.
