From July 13 to 16 this year, downtown Milwaukee will be in the national spotlight. Everyone from members of the media to delegates from every state will flood the city’s hotels, restaurants and business spaces for the Democratic National Convention. With the city expecting record numbers of visitors, 310W is prepared to showcase our spectacular building.

Our unmistakable cobalt blue building is no stranger to Milwaukee gatherings. Our Plaza is the site of the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade and Briggs & Stratton Al’s Run. During the holidays, we are home to Westown’s inaugural tree lighting ceremony. And in the warmer weather, there’s no shortage of food trucks and games around the Plaza, especially during NEWaukee’s Night Market events.

310W is a microcosm of the surrounding neighborhood. Westown, stretching from the Milwaukee River to the Fiserv Forum (where the DNC events will take place), is full of growth and renovations. Today, Westown alone can claim over $1 billion in recently completed or under-construction projects, making the district one of the most exciting areas in Milwaukee to host businesses and organizations.
