We’re happy to announce that a new business will call 310W home very soon. Think Anew, a privately held long-term care technology solutions provider, is looking to expand its business strategically in Milwaukee and came across us.

This Valentine’s Day gave us another reason to love Milwaukee. On Friday, February 14, 310W invited singles, couples and families alike to spread the love down Wisconsin Avenue as part of MKE Downtown BID’s “I Love Milwaukee” campaign.

From July 13 to 16 this year, downtown Milwaukee will be in the national spotlight. Everyone from members of the media to delegates from every state will flood the city’s hotels, restaurants and business spaces for the Democratic National Convention.

Nowadays, beer isn’t the only thing brewing in Milwaukee. The city (and its downtown area in particular) has experienced significant growth over the past several years and 310W is proud to be in the middle of all the excitement.

What makes a neighborhood feel like home is the camaraderie and support of its members. 310W is embracing the Christmas spirit this year by hosting the first ever Westown Gets Lit tree lighting ceremony and celebration in our plaza.

Like our 14 stories of cobalt-blue glass, 310W reflects the ideas and faces of those around us throughout Milwaukee. That’s why we offer meeting rooms on the Mezzanine level to spark collaboration and community amongst coworkers and tenants alike.
