THE DNC MEETS MILWAUKEE
From July 13 to 16 this year, downtown Milwaukee will be in the national spotlight. Everyone from members of the media to delegates from every state will flood the city’s hotels, restaurants and business spaces for the Democratic National Convention.

Doors Open Milwaukee is an event where, for two days, buildings in Milwaukee celebrate art, architecture, culture and history by opening their doors and welcoming in the public.
ART-IN-BUILDINGS
Time Equities Inc. believes in contemporary art exhibitions in non-traditional spaces. 310W is extending this belief by commissioning permanent art installations to reflect the building’s dramatic presence in downtown Milwaukee.
310W UNVEILS ITS FIRST COMMISSIONED ART INSTALLATION
This Friday, 310W will unveil its first art installation piece on the Mezzanine level by Claudia Chaseling. Sponsored by TEI, this is their first permanent art installation piece in Milwaukee.
WESTOWN ASSOCIATION JOINS 310W
The Westown Association, a non-profit business and cultural association focused on championing the economic and social development of downtown Milwaukee, signed a lease at 310W the beginning of July.
OUR PUBLIC DEBUT
This week, we revealed months of renovations at 310W to the city and civic leaders at a press conference, unveiling the first of many areas that will be refurbished as a result of a $30 million investment by Time Equities Inc.
SUSTAINABILITY
A sustainable building is the key to ensuring tenants have a comfortable, healthy, productive and economical space. Since taking ownership in late 2017, TEI has placed sustainability at the center of every improvement we have envisioned for 310W.
THE CAFÉ AND COFFEE BAR
The café will be located on the Mezzanine level adjacent to the WiFi lounge and under the natural atrium light and live greenery. Inside it will have a meeting suite as well as a coffee bar and seating area.
THE FITNESS CENTER
Trying to find a good work-life balance has become a challenge in the way we run our lives today. While we find time to eat and work, too many of us cannot find time to make it to the gym.
MEETING THE NEEDS OF TODAY’S TENANTS AND GUESTS
310W is investing in a new WiFi Lounge. Located on the Mezzanine level, this space will offer a convenient place to access WiFi with reliable speed in a comfortable setting.
